Biography

Anna is one of our panel tutors on the MSt in Coaching at University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education, providing supervision for final year research projects. Anna has worked in Higher Education for over 25 years, gaining experience across a range of senior administrative posts centring on teaching and learning quality assurance and strategic planning, as well as having managerial responsibility for a number of university departments. 

Anna is an accredited Senior Practitioner with the EMCC and offers personal and professional development coaching with a focus on career coaching and transition coaching. She is an experienced copy editor, working with a number of organisations and NGOs, including the World Health Organization. In addition, Anna works with a wide range of students and universities supporting postgraduate students and academics through her academic coaching/mentoring programmes. She is a highly experienced editor of Master’s and doctoral theses, reviewing and supervising postgraduate final projects, as well as supporting academics in preparing papers for peer-reviewed journal publication. Anna is also an Alumni Career Mentor for the University of Cambridge.

Anna has a particular interest in a number of research areas within coaching and coaching psychology, including values, strengths, and the role/impact of the coach within the coaching process. Wellbeing for performance underpins her personal philosophy of coaching and her teaching naturally complements and extends her personal experience as an academic. She is strongly committed to the concept of life-long learning and enjoys supporting every student in their own unique learning experience.
