Dr Corinne Duhig

I have taught for PACE for many years, currently teaching aspects of Egyptology. I studied Archaeology and Anthropology here in Cambridge and started my consultancy Gone to Earth, reporting on human remains from archaeological sites. After a few years I decided to go back to school to take a doctorate in Egyptology —my childhood passion — focusing on the study of human remains and burial ritual in ancient Egypt. Around that time I was approached by the local coroner to assist in a homicide case, and that led to years of forensic archaeology work around the country and overseas. All the subjects I love combine and inform each other, which makes my job the best in the world, while teaching for PACE enables me to share, and learn from, some of the most motivated and interesting students there could be!
