Biography
Dr Elly Tai is an Associate Lecturer and researcher at the University of Cambridge whose work explores coaching education, lifelong learning, and student voices in international contexts. She teaches on the Undergraduate Certificate in Coaching at Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) and is a contributing editor for the Cambridge Journal of Education. She completed her doctoral studies at Cambridge as a Cambridge Trust Scholar.
Her current work at PACE includes co-developing courses on coaching and connected parenting, with a particular interest in reflective, dialogic, and culturally responsive approaches to education, identity, and professional learning.
