Dr Helen Rodgers

A highly skilled educator with a Ph.D in Management, Helen has extensive experience in the development, delivery and operations of modules and courses across the thematic areas of organisational behaviour, leadership, governance, gender, management, human resource management, human resource development, and organisational change. Accomplished at designing, delivering and evaluating learning in research methods at postgraduate and executive level across complex international contexts. Her teaching styles vary depending upon the learning context. In the main she takes interactive and experiential approaches to teaching and learning. Prior to academia Helen worked in industry as a Marketing Manager in the Telecommunications Industry.
