Biography
Dr Kemp is a consultant Obstetrician at Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridge. She has a masters in medical education and is currently teaching on PACE's diploma in medical education. She is also RCOG College tutor at Addenbrookes responsible for the training of all O&G resident doctors at Addenbrookes. She teaches and assesses medical students at Cambridge Medical School running the year 5 OSCEs and supervising students with research and quality improvement projects. She prefers an interactive teaching style encouraging class collaboration and joint exploration of topics. She enjoys working with adult learners, valuing the depth and diversity of experience they bring to the classroom. Their motivation and commitment to professional growth create a dynamic learning environment where teaching becomes a shared journey. She finds particular satisfaction in facilitating reflective discussions, encouraging learners to connect theory with practice, and supporting them as they apply new insights to real-world clinical challenges
