About cancellations
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, we reserve the right to withdraw any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full. However, we are unable to reimburse the cost of any pre-booked travel or accommodation arrangements. We recommend considering travel insurance to cover any such expenses.
If you wish to cancel a booking prior to the start of your course, please contact us.
You must clearly state your intention to cancel your booking to meet the cancellation deadline. It is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
