Mr Matthew Philip Hodgins

Matt is an ICF certified coach specialising in supporting teams and individuals to unlock more effective and creative ways of working. Matt has a fascination with where ideas come from and how people can overcome the obstacles that may block their progress.

Matt is an alumni of Henley Business School having studied for his postgraduate certificate in executive coaching before completing a course for Team, Board and Systemic Coaching and undertaking an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change.

Alongside his private practice Matt work as a University Tutor and Mentor, sharing his passion for coaching with adult learners applying their learning in a diverse range of environments including NHS, Bank of England and bp. Matt is passionate about the positive impact that coaching can make at an individual, team and systemic level and loves to create safe spaces for people to experiment with theories and build their own personal coaching style.
