Mrs Raquel Manzano

Raquel is a senior bioinformatician at Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute. She has been teaching with the Bioinformatics Training Unit at the University of Cambridge since 2022 from linux command line to automated pipelines in bioinformatics. In her research, she processes and handles large genomics and transcriptomics datasets and promotes reproducible research. She aims for her classes to be interactive and practical.
