Ms Reeta Nathwani

Reeta Nathwani is a renowned Global Executive Coach. She is the CEO of Atom Global Consulting.  She has over 27years of experience in leadership development, training, diversity equity and inclusion and working on transforming teams to enhance business performance through cohesive collaboration, communication and connection. Reeta’s purpose is to help people unleash their potential so they can flourish in business and transform their life along with the lives of the people they lead. 

She has coached leaders of 63 nationalities across 36 countries. She coaches with C- Level executives in many of the world’s premier organizations. Mentoring Program for a major government body in Singapore which has successfully been implemented multiple times positively impacting over 200 leaders in the not for profit sector in Singapore. Her work in Coaching and Mentoring has gone beyond boundaries to Kazakhstan, designing and delivering programs at Academy of Public Policies and introducing concepts of coaching and mentoring to civil servants in Kazakhstan. Reeta continues to be an advocate of coaching and mentoring to her clients and beyond.
