Susannah is part of the teaching team for the Certificate in Coaching at University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education (PACE).
She has experienced first-hand studying coaching at PACE as she completed the Diploma in Coaching and this has led to her feeling very passionate about the value that people studying coaching can bring to their interactions with others to support them, and themselves in daily life and career.
Susannah's style of teaching is very participatory, which is highly influenced by her work experience as an Agile Coach so the focus is on students' learning being an empowering process for them. Susannah's background in teaching adult learners has included teaching undergraduate students in a University context about critical perspectives as well as a variety of subjects in Further Education colleges. As a consultant in agility she has also trained C-suite executives in applying agility to their day-to-day engagement with work. Susannah's international reputation for teaching in and advocating for lifelong learning - Community Learning and Family Learning in particular - led to her working in the UK-wide lead policy role for what was the National Institute for Continuing Education (NIACE) and being invited to attend the Queen's Royal Garden Party for her services to community learning.
