Ming-Jung joined the Undergraduate award: Certificate in International Relations looking for a rigorous, well-structured course that encouraged meaningful academic engagement. After exploring several options, she chose University of Cambridge Professional and Continuing Education (PACE) for its depth, interactivity, and reputation for excellence.

“After attending open days and 1:1 discussion offered by several educational institutions, I decided that Professional and Continuing Education offers the most solid course structure and interaction with the lecturers, and I was right” she said.

Ming-Jung found the teaching especially valuable, not only for the content but for the challenge it presented. “The lecturers apply the same standard to us as they would to any undergraduate student at the central University,” she said. “That constant challenge has helped me improve my ability to organise and articulate my thoughts and build my understanding of current affairs.”

She also benefited from the diverse perspectives in classroom discussions and access to the University of Cambridge’s extensive academic resources. “I’ve really benefitted from the knowledge and experience of the lecturers, and the opportunity to view issues from a range of angles” she said.

The experience has sharpened her analytical skills and strengthened her confidence; preparing her to engage with global issues in new and informed ways.

Challenge your thinking and broaden your global perspective.
